Novera submitted a planning application in March 2008 for a proposed wind farm, Mynydd Clogau 2 Wind Farm, adjacent to our existing Mynydd Clogau Wind Farm approximately 10km north west of Newtown in Powys.
The proposal for nineteen turbines is expected to have a generation capacity of 16MW and has been under development since early 2007. The layout proposed is the result of the environmental studies undertaken during the 12 months to March 2008 and consultations with a wide range of people and organisations including the local planning department and residents in the area.
