- Novera is an established renewable energy company and was founded in 1998. We have since been acquired by Infinis Energy Ltd, which is owned by one of the leading private equity firms, Terra Firma. Terra Firma also owns Infinis Plc, another leading renewable energy generator in the UK.

The Company has headquarters in London, an Operations Centre in Warrington and regional offices in Cardiff and Edinburgh.
Novera has established and demonstrable strengths in landfill gas operations and wind development. It is our intention to continue to grow scale to enable us to compete effectively in the rapidly expanding renewables market. We will build on our established strengths in our home market of the UK. We are also examining possibilities to use our strengths in selected overseas markets.
