On 26 March 2007, Novera Energy Limited announced a proposal to establish a new corporate structure for the Novera Group. The proposal will involve the incorporation of a new company registered in England and Wales, ‘Novera Energy plc’ (Novera (UK)), to become the new holding company for the Novera Group.
